For the ninth consecutive year, T-Base is proud to partner with Alliance for Equality of Blind Canadians (AEBC) to award $2,000 in scholarship funds to Canadian post-secondary students who are blind, deafblind or partially sighted. There are two scholarships available; each is worth $1,000 and is not limited to any one discipline.
T-Base is committed to improving accessibility in education. Every year we look forward to speaking with our scholarship recipients and learning more about their student experience and use of accessible formats. To learn about our 2019 recipients and the important role an accessible education plays in achieving their academic and career goals, check out our May 2019 announcement: T-Base Awards $2,000 in Support of Accessibility in Education.
