Terms of Membership
The prepayment required for membership is due annually on the anniversary of initial purchase. Membership lies with the organization. All membership benefits are provided to the organization and cannot be carried over to a new organization. All invoices for T-Base services will reflect membership balance applied to services.
FASTtrack membership applies to all services offered through T-Base FASTtrack at time of membership. If T-Base expands FASTtrack services within a membership year to include other formats, input requirements or additional offers and rewards, these additional services will be extended to members at no additional cost.
Offers and Rewards
Service Reward Credits are earned on total orders calculated from the previous FASTtrack membership year. Reward credits can be redeemed on or any time after the anniversary date of membership, regardless of FASTtrack membership renewal. Below are the percentage credits to be earned based on spending:
- $25,000 – $49,999 = 4%
- $50,000 – $74,000 = 5%
- $75,000 + = 6%
Membership
Membership credit cannot accumulate year after year. At the end of a membership year, the $1,950 credit toward services will revert back to $0 when the new membership year begins. No reimbursement will be issued for unused portions of the membership. Each membership year is valid for 365 calendar days. An organization’s FASTtrack membership will renew automatically. By email, members will receive a reminder of renewal 60 calendar days prior to renewal. It is the member’s responsibility to cancel their membership upon receiving this notification (within 60 days); otherwise it will be renewed and the member will be charged $1,950.
Termination
Membership can be cancelled at any time with a 30-day written notice (info@tbase.com) by either party. No reimbursement will be issued for unused portions of the membership.

2x Faster Turnaround
Faster turnaround is defined as faster than the industry average. Industry average is based on a 4-9 month turnaround for braille transcription.
Guaranteed Delivery Dates
Guaranteed turnaround is based on T-Base receiving a clean, text-extractable file and an agreed-upon timeline after receiving the initial files.
Reserved Transcription Capacity
Reserved capacity for transcription services ensures members are considered top priority when they place an order through FASTtrack, regardless of the work T-Base has in-house.
Exclusive Offers and Rewards
Service Reward Credits are earned and redeemed on standard rate pricing on any T-Base service: transcription in all formats, web accessibility audits, accessibility training and accessible PDF remediation. Members are entitled to receive other exclusive offers and rewards when announced by T-Base at no additional cost.
Priority Service
Priority service gives members access to a T-Base account representative and in-house subject matter experts.

Acceptance of Terms
By accepting these Terms or by using the FASTtrack Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms. T-Base reserves the right to modify these Terms without prior notice. By becoming a T-Base FASTtrack member, you agree to receive occasional emails from T-Base. These emails shall include notices about your account and information concerning or related to the Service. These emails shall be a part of your relationship with T-Base. You agree that any notice, agreements, disclosure or other communications that T-Base sends to you electronically shall satisfy any legal communication requirements. The privacy of the Service users is very important to T-Base, therefore the use of the FASTtrack Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by this reference.
