T-Base actively supports agencies and institutions who are important to the blind community. We have a dedicated programs of support for these special groups. As a matter of regular business practice, we offer support in the following ways:
- Sponsorship/donations to support special meetings
- Scholarships for students nominated by these agencies
- Preferred pricing for any alternative format work we do on their behalf
Further, we are very active members of the community, employing individuals with vision impairments, sponsoring vision impaired athletes, fulfilling speaking engagements at schools for blind, and supporting braille literacy programs. We have had longstanding relationships in Canada with CNIB, and AEBC, and in the US with AFB and NFB. We are proud of these contributions.
