Accessible statements

Processing secure accessible statements is our core business. We routinely handle highly sensitive information on behalf of our customers and operate to the same high standards as mainstream processing and statement/billing centers. We invest heavily in a business model created around the highest standards of privacy and security, making T-Base is the most secure alternate format organization in North America.

Founded on trust

We do not outsource any aspect of our alternate format statement processing work to third-party vendors or contractors. T-Base employees who handle customers’ sensitive data are subject to the full rigour of our onboarding regime and ongoing training, security and background checks.

Our approach to accessible statement processing

Before any alternate format statement project is fully implemented in the production environment, we use a three-phase approach to accessible statement processing:

  • Phase 1: Project Management and Requirements Gathering
  • Phase 2: Development / Transcription
  • Phase 3: Quality Assurance

Statement types vary across industries. We serve the North America’s largest financial institutions, healthcare insurance providers, and telecommunication providers. Regardless of your industry and statement type, turn to T-Base.

Industry-leading SLAs

T-Base offers industry-leading SLAs for alternate format statements. SLAs are dependent on the type of statement, its complexity and the process method required (i.e. manual or automated) to convert to an alternate format statement type.

1 day

After T-Base meets set-up requirements for automated statement processing (which includes everything from development to its formal transition into the production environment) and following the final testing stage, we process and ship statements after we receive live statement data. Even with contracted 3 day SLAs, we typically ship alternate format statements out the same day.

5 to 10 days

Manual processing is typically used for lower volumes or one-off requirements for accessible statements. After meeting transcription milestones, manual alternate format statement processing at T-Base yields a 5-10 day SLA.
